Stretch Your Dollars With Contract Staffing
John was the owner of a small T-Shirt printing business. He had a staff of two. They could usually keep up with demand except for the fall months when their orders would dramatically increase in preparation for the upcoming holiday season. Though he liked the activity and knew it would eventually lead to profits, John came to dread the fall. He never seemed to have enough cash to comfortably make payroll, and he had to waste valuable time and money to recruit new workers.
One day a fellow business owner told John about Contract Staffing Services and he knew he had found his answer. John learned that he could call a Staffing Firm with his job descriptions and budget. The firm’s recruiters would find the workers he needed, arrange the interviews and background checks, and then with John’s approval, hire them for the busy season. The employees would report to John’s facility where he would train and supervise them. Best of all, John would be able to stretch his dollars. The contract employees work for a month before John even gets his bill. Then he has 30 days to pay. That gives him about 60 days of extra time on his money, just enough to start getting paid for his holiday orders.
- Before working with the staffing company, John had a few question. These are listed below with the answers from our recruiters here at Continental Inc.

Yes. Here at Continental we work with companies large and small.2. Does your company give terms to small companies?
Each new client must go through a credit approval process, which usually takes a day or two. For small business, and personal guarantee is often required.3. What if I have an employee that worked for me last year who wants to return?
This is fine. Just send him in to see us and we will sign him up and contract him back to work for you.

We take care of that. We file all of the required forms and pay all of the taxes due. You simply pay the monthly bill.
